Having a hard time getting through this one...
I'm having a hard time getting through this book. I started it in April, read a bit, and then put it down for two months. I picked it up again about a week ago & have been reading a little bit here and there.
I'm a pretty voracious reader, and generally I will read anything and everything. I prefer YA, which is the genre of this book, but for some reason it's just not *sticking* with me. It's not badly written, and it's not a bad story... in fact, I'm actually enjoying the story line, and I really do want to finish the book. I think it's just going to be one of those ones that I pick up and put down a lot.
I'm really hoping that I'll get to a point where the storyline hooks me, and I am able to read until I finish the book. I'm just over 1/3 of the way through, and I'm assuming that I'm going to get to the juicy stuff soon. ;) At that point I will come back & leave a more accurate review about the book overall, as I hate giving the book 3 stars when I haven't even finished it.
