I love the cover. The cover catches your eye, but within the first chapter you quickly understand how the cover relates to the story.
The story to me seems to be a coming of age story that tells of a young artist's search for validation, a family's hopes and dreams, a discussion of friendship, a discussion of racism, and I can't wait to hear more!
