I enjoyed Ribay's writing and the way the story flows. I enjoyed the snippet of information in the very beginning that lets us get a feel for the type of person Jay is and what kind of relationships he has with his friend at school. I am interested to read more, because we often don't get male main characters in YA novels. This novel appears to promise to have high emotional stakes and touches on serious issues in the world.
