I'm curious to see where the story goes as it seems like Jay might not get the answers and perhaps closure he is seeking after the death of his cousin. I think a teenager dealing with grief is an interesting topic to explore and the Fillipino culture is an element of the story that will just add to an already intriguing story. Jay seems like the type of main character who you can feel an emotional connection to as it's hard not to feel for him as he tries to come to terms with his cousin's death.
