When I first saw that this book was about a Filipino main character, I just knew that I would need to get it! As a Filipino myself it is very hard to find representation in literature, and it’s even better when the author is Filipino too! The synopsis of the books sounds so interesting as the situation that the main character finds himself in, is very realistic in the philippines! The cover is also very beautiful, and this book definitely sounds like a 5 star read!
