I have always loved reading books about the Holocaust, I think it's so important to be aware of the horrors within the history of our world. I have never read any stories pertaining to Italy during World War II, so it was extremely interesting for me to get that perspective. Basically every story I have ever read about WW2 has been based in and right around Germany and the infamous concentration camps, so I didn't know what exactly was going on in other countries connected to the war. The writing of One More Moon was very good and easy for me to follow, and as all WW2 books are, the story was tragic and heartbreaking.
