I was drawn to this book because of the cover and description. I love a good mystery!
However the language was just very detailed and most of it did not need to be there. It felt like the same ground was going over and over without much progress. And I could not connect with the characters.
But I did feel this book has a lot of potential and can understand why people enjoyed and loved this book. Sadly not for me.
