I was first attracted to the cover of the book. The bright orange, red and light green color under the huge white lettering reminded me of a film noir poster of the 30"s and 40s (Except in color. I love film noir) I was hooked from the first sentence and just kept reading. I was so lost in the story and the characters that the ending of the sneak peek jarred me back to reality. Lol. I just loved it and hope I win this book.
