The cover for One Day You'll Burn caught my eye because it is not only colorful, it's head tilting. I love how the cover promotes a bit of movement because you have to tilt your head to check out the skyline. The sneak peek was entertaining. The author did a great job setting the scene, and from multiple point of views which made it interesting. The coyote just looking for a meal, the witness in the wrong place at the wrong time, and the detective scoping out his crime scene with an analytical mind. I think that the lead character, Detective Tully Jarsdel, is interesting and will be fun to follow along on the murder investigation.
