I seem to always be drawn to books about World War II, especially when they have a female main character. However, there are many books set in this time period, so they all start to sound the same. I am pleased, though, to find that Olive Bright, Pigeoneer seems to have found a new angle and voice that we haven't read before. I can't wait to read the rest of this book!
