As the title suggests, I’m feeling mixed feelings toward this book. It could be an interesting storyline, but this excerpt left me with much to be desired. Olive seems to be a strong female protagonist, but like her life, a bit boring. I think with the three mysterious individuals, it could be a good story. But overall the writing feels dull. Hopefully as you read more the storytelling pace quickens and it Becomes more intriguing.
