I really enjoy reading historical fiction, so when I saw this book I got a bit excited. I've read a lot of historical fiction based in England during WW II, and this book gives a different perspective on life and escape from London. I like the intrigue because it involves Baker Street, homing pigeons, and mysteries of Pipley. I've never read anything that involves homing pigeons, so I want to know more about them and how they were involved in the war.
