This excerpt of Olive Bright, Pigeoneer was charming, and I took an instant liking to the titular character Olive. Determined and adventurous, Olive wants to contribute to the war effort in a more substantial way. There's also a cast of intriguing characters, and I especially liked Violet Darling. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the book. The cover also seems like a great fit for the book.
