Now That I've Found... a New Favorite Author!
I've always said I don't believe in love at first sight, but I fell for this book as soon as I saw it. The illustration captures the feelings of being a teen and living in New York City perfectly. But I've been burned before by pretty covers and going into stories with high expectations, so I tried to keep my expectations realistic, since Kristina Forest is a new-to-me author.
Turns out the book is just as lovely on the inside as it is on the outside! I can't wait until I get a chance to read the whole book -- I need more of these characters and Kristina Forest's breathtaking writing. I need this book in my hands -- and everything else Kristina Forest writes, honestly. So pleased to have found a new favorite!
