I’m really glad I read this book. I loved the authors writing style cause it was fun and entertaining. The plot was really engaging and the arranged marriage made it so much better. I loved all the story overall.
I really liked the characters in this book, especially Drusilla. It was really cool that Drusilla liked the ideas of Mary Wollonscraft and it added an element of feminism you don’t normally get in historical romance. The way she bantered with Gabriel made the book a lot better than it already was. I also really liked Gabriel. I really liked how he interacted with Drusilla. I also liked that even though he tried to deny his attraction to Drusilla, he eventually gave in. The characters had really good chemistry and it made the book really easy to read. The only thing I disliked was that the characters tended to be a little mean towards each other.
