First things first, I like the cover, I think it fits the basis of the story quite well. I also surprisingly liked the third person narrative that we get a sneak peak of in the first look. It gives the story an interesting perspective.
Drusilla is a interesting main character and I like her fiery yet refined spirit, but I feel like the way that the author introduces her crush on Gabe was just a little too hot and heavy, too fast. I think if Spencer built up Drusilla's emotions a little more, rather than just jump into them, would help with the aspect of Drusilla learning to love him. But other than that, it's a really good story with a set of fun and refreshing characters, and I can't wait to see this book on the shelves!
