If you like strong-minded, independent girls, historical fiction and stories about romance, this is the book for you. However, it's not my style so I won't be reading more. There's nothing wrong with how it's written, character development, plot, etc. but it's just not interesting to me. Drusilla already has a crush on Gabriel at the start of the book and it's kinda obvious they will end up together. I also tuned out during the conversation between Drusilla, Eva, and Gabriel. There's nothing that grabs or holds my attention so it's not for me.
