The synposis reads as generic as a Hallmark movie romance. The excerpt did nothing to improve that opinion. I was rather bored. It's not my genre and certainly not my preferred time setting. The cover is also rather bland. Generic pink with pink flowers and a siloutte. I would never pick up this book in a bookstore.
