Admittedly when I first reading this First Look I had a hard time not rolling my eyes. The writing felt stiff to me and my attention was waning. And then the point of view shifted to Drusilla and I was enamored. I love strong, confident female characters and Drusilla seems to fit the bill. I am definitely intrigued.
