This review is for a first impression based on a sample of the book. My initial thought about the book cover was that it was pretty, but not very eye-catching nor was the title very eye-catching but I decided to check it out anyway. The sample I read was kind of interesting but not my style of book. It didn't really appeal to me, but I think anyone who enjoys romantic historical fiction will enjoy it.
