I’m so so so so SO glad that more and more books are being published that are set in regency England or 19th century England in general. Everything that’s romanticized about that era is just... wow, something to behold. The clothing, the classy tension, balls, etc!!
The main character gives me strong Elizabeth Bennett vibes and we love to see some feminism rooted in a historical fiction before women actually had rights. There’s just something so right about it.
This has the early promises of an “enemies to lovers” romance or a “hate to love you” romance and I live for it.
Can’t wait.
