I initially requested this book for my husband. It is more up his ally than my own. I also challenged myself to read books out of my usual norm of YA and Fantasy.
I am glad I read this book. While I have very little interest in the Military, the information presented in this book by Mr. Hayes is very useful. I appreciated his real world examples, writing about his own experience.
As I was reading, it felt like I was listening to a professor. But a professor that has their class on the edge of their seats, waiting to hear what comes next.
My husband is reading it now and finds much of the information to be very useful in leading his team at work.
I honestly think everyone in a leadership role should read this book
