This book really opened up some facts and figures in my mind when it comes to the military men and women in our military departments and the struggles that they go through and now I can fully understand where they come from and what affect the bad stuff that happens while there away causes them to have ptsd and such things to cause them to have breakdowns and how they have to acclimate back to real life when they do come back from things that affected them while being a navy seal and such ! This man has been through it but in the end but through it all he has worked hard to get where he is in his life and be who he is because of his dedication and hard work that has made him who he is today ! How he endured and persevered to get to where he is through many leaders he has learned from and showed respect for and have also helped him to be the best he can be in his life !
