I am not one for memoirs, but this had a much better feel to the story and subject matter! It was written in a down to earth manner, intriguing, and inspirational! It made me want to try harder in life than I have been currently. Also, I already have a high respect for military men and women, but this novel made that respect deeper and stronger.
