There is something really overly aggressive with this book. Yes the author is talking about the importance of teamwork and trust but the need to bring war time training and experience into corporate space is just...counterintuitive.
I get what the book is going for, how the lessons of trust, etc. as a Navy Seal made the author better equipped for life outside of service but there is still something that seems really off about the idea of taking any type of wartime training into non-combat spaces.
