To start with the positive- 2020 has been hard and for many of us we are in positions that require difficult positions and I like that this book pushes you to do your best. I do think there can be value in reading self-help if you are a person that can put words to practice. That being said, oftentimes I find self-help authors to be unable to look past their own experiences and therefore are unable to translate their advice to the average person. I understand what the author is saying in this book but this book is not for me.
