as someone that rarely reads memoirs or autobiographies, this was pretty good! I don’t think it’s something that I feel I NEED to read though. I think if you’re interested in the NAVY & like memoirs then this will be a great one! the writing is done well & the author seems like an interesting guy! I just have always preferred watching documentaries on people rather than reading autobiographies. (the one time I prefer watching something over reading about it)
