I'll preface this by admitting I'm not a fan of this sort of self-help, preachy memoir, nor am I a fan of war stories. But the writing itself is engaging enough, and I'm sure the author shares some fascinating insight into life as a Navy Seal, which lends itself to learning self-discipline and perseverance.
