I’m interested in this book from the memoir angle—I’m not really into the genre, but a Navy SEAL is definitely someone who has a story to tell. As self help? I don’t know. I view special forces military as people who have...super powers, for lack of anything better to call it. Your average person is not going to have the temperament and skill set required to achieve that profession. So I’m always weary of books that promote this type of “be me to excel” kind of attitude. Well written though.
