I love a good self-help book but there has been so many lately, it's hard to find one that stands out. It's also hard to know if you can really trust the author to give the best advice.
One person I will gladly take advice from though is a Navy Seal. This feels like an important read and I already have a list of people I'm going to need to pass this one along to when finished!
