This book might get me up and pushing myself again, even if I am nowhere near SEAL level perfection. It could be popular since it is also almost the time for New Year's resolutions. If I won this book, I would give it a try at least and it might be good, especially if it has lots of story examples. I am not a fan of the title or cover though.
