I don't like self-help books, so there's that. But this pro-military fetishistic pro-empire rah-rah brand is particularly offensive to me. I would never read this or even look at it twice in my 'real' life, and the brand of bootsrapping/masculine exceptionalism and individualistic philosophy advocated in it is grossly antithetical to everything I believe in.
