When I first bought this book I was unsure of it because it was in an unfamiliar genre by an unfamiliar author, but I really enjoyed it. The way the background was set up and It was easy to follow along with the unknown parts of the book made it an enjoyable read. It was a pretty easy read as it only took me a day or two to read but a lot happened in that time so it makes it feel like a. Much longer read, but not in a boring way. I would definitely recommend this book to people who like fiction that seems like it'd be real but with another world of fantasy, which is my personality favorite type of fantasy. I didn't like how it ended but it didn't take away from the good experience I had from this book and the rest of the well written storyline. I will be looking out from other books from this author as this is the first I had read and I really enjoyed it. Would definitely read again.
