De La Cruz rarely disappoints with her writing style which always gives a refreshing & unique spin on stories adapted from "tales as old as time"... I loved the colorful cover art because it drew me in immediately. The prologue that followed did the same. Then part 1 left me very intrigued to finish the rest of the book! Can't wait to give this one a full read!
