What I really enjoyed about this first look was the glimpse of both the fairy world and the modern world of this story. It gives the reader a greater idea of the storyline they are going to be seeing, the characters involved and if it is a book they will be interested in.
Filomena is a relatable character to middle school girls. I think that this will be good hit with middle grade kids. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am interested to see where Filomenas adventure takes her.
