I didn't really know what this book was about before I started reading it. I was hooked from the very beginning.
In my opinion this is a perfect book for a book-club meeting. I can see how it would definitely spark some controversy from a moral perspective. As a mother, I understands Claire's yearn to make sure her child was healthy...but I also understand how ethically/morally is unacceptable. I have to admit that Claire's character some times frustrated me!! There are quite a few twists and turns that you don't see coming.
This is the first book I read by Kira Peikoff. I enjoyed her writing style and character development. Overall, a great read. I will definitely be recommending it to some of my friends.
