I simply must know how this intricate plot plays out. It can’t end well for everyone!

Imagine being a part of a scientifically unique three-way parent-ship, each parent equally represented in the child. Now imagine one of those three becoming a wicked and vindictive soul, hell-bent on destroying you, no matter what the cost. You gave up everything; your identity, your freedom, your peace of mind in order to keep this child. But don’t forget: this child has one-third of the wickedness and evil in her. Was it worth it? Are you truly safe, no matter how hard you run as long as you keep the child with you? Oh, what tangled webs we weave.
