Peikoff opens her novel with a mystery that is sure to keep any reader hooked! She successfully introduces her characters, providing just enough detail to allow them to develop in your mind and adding dramatic components to keep the mind wondering about their motivations and abilities. I am excited to finish this book and see who this mysterious J is and why she brings such fear and anxiety to our main character.
