I received an email notifying me that I was a winner but never received a copy of the book in the mail. I emailed Bookish Firsts but never received a reply. Those issues aside, I have read this novel and I loved it. This was inspired by the Slenderman story but only by a bit. I feel the author has created he's own world with this novel and there was plenty of mystery and thrill from beginning to end. The book mentions the artwork of Mister Tender in comic books. It would be great to see this added as extra bonus content in future printings. A few sketches would be nice but the big bonus would be a full comic book issue. I think this would help bring this novel to full life. I highly recommend this book and I look forward to Future works from this author.
