I had a really positive first impression of this book. I like the short chapters and the writing style. The story gets off to a quick start and pulls the reader in immediately. You want to know more about Alice and what she's been doing all these years since the attack. I don't love the cover, though, and it probably wouldn't make me pick this book up.
