Right when I heard the title and read the description, I immediately thought about the Slenderman case of those teen girls who killed someone because they said Slenderman told them to. The basic premise of this book echoes it closely. That's why it interests me. It's interesting to think about the future of what happened and this is a chance to explore it through fiction.
