Mercury is exquisitely written, evoking a sense of empathy and investment in each character. I experienced elation in their triumphs, heartache for their struggles and grief, and profound affection for every individual. Moreover, the book is replete with heartwarming moments, particularly in its concluding pages. Each character in Mercury possesses their own flaws, rendering them remarkably authentic. Some characters fixate on these imperfections of others, leading to resentment or indifference among them. However, each character also possesses remarkable qualities that enable them to support one another, even during times when the family feels divided. Without hesitation, I would read and recommend this novel to everyone!
