I'm giving this a mid-tier rating just because it's not for me. This style of storytelling, with this kind of flavor is just not for me. The hook of finding a body in the ceiling is interesting but ultimately I know that this isn't my genre and that I'm not who this book is for. Way's POV turned me all the way off, and the subsequent chapters didn't reel me back. Thanks for letting me take a look, because sometimes I'm surprised by a story that really grabs me. I'm opting out so that this book will end up in the right hands. :)
