This one just didn’t hook my interest. There’s lots of foreshadowing and hints about big secrets, but I wasn’t intrigued enough to want to know what happens. Frankly, I suspect the secrets will all turn out to ruin all the characters. There’s definitely some creepy slow starting horror story vibes. All in all, this looks like too much melodrama and not enough likeable characters for my taste. And when I don’t like any characters, I get bored.
