I was really sold on reading this just from the cover and the description but the first few chapters solidified it. It really caught my attention that the author includes how many Chinese passengers, it seems like heartbreaking foreshadowing. Val's determination to get on the Titanic and to her brother despite immigration issues is admirable but sad knowing the fate of the ship. I really look forward to reading this book!
