Why are people so obsessed with the Titanic? I've wondered this since movie came out in the 90's and it me, this book could have had any other setting and it would have been better.
Asian teens trying to make it in the early 20th century would be a banger of a historical fiction book but it feels a little trite with this setting.
Besides that and the semi predictable plot point, the characters were interesting and I think for someone who didn't grow up in Titanic mania, they will find the story unique and enjoyable.
