I, like many young girls from the 90s, had an obsessive Titanic phase. I visited the Titanic exhibitions, watched the movie countless times, and read more articles than I can even remember - I wanted to learn everything I could about this majestic & tragic voyage. Unfortunately, most of the literature that remains follows upper class survivalists. When I saw that a diverse story was being released about a British-Chinese acrobat's voyage across the Atlantic, I immediately knew that I had to have it. This promises to be heartwrenching and beautiful and I really can't wait to read it!
