This is a book set in 2020. The pandemic was just starting. No one knows what is really going on. The story is set in an apartment building. The first two chapters introduce Imogen, who has just awoken following what was meant to be a one-night stand. She tries to leave unnoticed but can't get out because the building has been put into a 'one-week' lockdown due to someone testing positive. In chapter two, we are introduced to Ethan and Charlotte. Charlotte goes to her parent house that morning and isn't allowed back in the building.
This first look at the book took me back to the 2020 lockdown. Very interesting storyline and had me wanting to keep reading to find out what would happen next. Following multiple characters makes this book even more intriguing. Will they get out in a week, or will this lockdown drag on? Will they lose their minds? Who knows...
