The cover immediately drew me in with the bright colors and fun design. I could instantly tell it would be a book I was interested in. Then when I read the synopsis I thought it was very intriguing, even though I was not sure I was quite ready for a quarantine book. Well, reading the first chapters put to rest any hesitation I had! The writing is so well done and detailed, I can see it all playing out in my mind and I absolutely was hooked right from the beginning! I love how the chapters tell the experiences of each of the apartment inhabitants affected by the one week quarantine imposed upon them by the building management. The conversational style of the writing is so engaging and I definitely want to read more!!
