This wouldn't be the first pandemic fiction book I've read, but after that First Impression it could very well be my favorite! I read a murder mystery pandemic book that, while it was interesting, it fell a bit flat. This book, on the other hand, hits just the right note of pandemic anxiety with some humor and realistic situations in what felt like an unreal world at times. The author captures the right note of disbelief, frustration, anxiousness, and a bit of fear in each character's voice. I can't wait to read the rest!
